New regulations and allowances for providing mental health services via electronic delivery can bring big ethical concerns. There are many things you need to know before providing or referring electronic delivery of services for your clients. We will review the regulations in the state of Ohio, considerations for providing services across state lines, and ethical concerns arising from this new technology-driven form of mental health services. Come ready to dig into this often confusing mixture of regulatory and ethical issues. (3 Hours) Provides ethics continuing education for counselors and social workers. Early bird-deadline: July 31.
