Kimberly Boncha
Susan Kautz Susan Darden Kautz, LPC, is a certified trainer wih the Institute of Human Services with 25 years' experience working with children, families and professionals as a counselor, trainer and educator. She has worked in the field of foster care and adoption for 25 years, and served on a committee at the Cuyahoga County Department of Children and Family Services to improve the care of LGBTQ children in custody. She teaches the "Reaching Higher: Working with LGBTQ Children" curriculum to both social workers and foster families throughout the state and completes home study assessments for LGBTQ families. She has been trained to provide AFFIRM training for CCDCFS foster families involved in the Pride Network of homes through CCDCFS.
Hilary Killeen Hilary Killeen is a Registered Nurse and a Paramedic with over 10 years' experience in the health care field. She works for an arthritis doctor's office and in occupational health. She has had past experience in the ER and pre-hospital settings.
Matthew Killeen Matt Killeen is a Firefighter/Paramedic, EMS Instructor, and EMS Coordinator for the Kirtland Fire Department. He also works part time with Tri-County Ambulance and is certified to teach American Heart BLS and ACLS. He has over 17 years' experience in the health care field.
LERN LERN (Learning Resources Network) is a a provider of adult continuing education programs for more than 175 leading colleges, universities and other educational institutions. Through its online school, UGotClass, LERN offers online classes that are convenient, fun, easy and relevant. If you need to enhance your skills for the 21st century, UGotClass has you covered. Students can take only one course or earn a certificate in any one of the 14 categories. Taught by subject-matter experts, the courses allow students to work at their own pace, any time, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Students learn through a multi-media platform with readings, video lectures and discussion all housed online on the UGotClass website. UGotClass offers more than 100 course topics and 20 certificate programs in business, career skills, health, human resources, leadership, LEED green workplace, new media marketing, teaching (K12), and training and education. Courses start every month from February through November, with most courses being offered four times a year. Each course runs for four weeks and takes an average of 16 hours to complete.
Paula Pastor-Hinkel Paula Pastor-Hinkel has worked in health-related fields for over 20 years. She has been a CPR instructor for Lakeland for 5 years teaching BLS and Heartsaver classes. She is also the Health Services coordinator at Lakeland.
