This in-depth workshop provides an opportunity to gain insight into unique situations that employers face when administering FMLA. The workshop is presented by the investigators who actually conduct the investigations. Topics include complex issues that are frequently referred to the USDOL WHD, real-life scenarios and matters of significance that HR professionals and other participants in the seminar have requested.
