This course will provide participants with knowledge and practical interventions to develop and implement a treatment plan that supports the client and family. From differential diagnoses to family and academic impact, participants will get an "inside view" of life as a child or adolescent with Autism Spectrum Disorder (formerly called Asperger's Syndrome in the DSM) and how treatment must fit the individual. Topics will include partnering with other providers, conducting family therapy, coaching parents, and conducting individual therapy. (3 Hours) Early-bird deadline: Mar. 25. You will be refunded the course fee minus a $25 processing fee. No refunds or transfers are allowed without at least four business days’ notice. In most cases, you may substitute someone else to take your place with no processing fee.
